đŸ“Ļ Orders
Browse our collections, select your size and color, and click "Add to Cart". When you're ready, proceed to checkout and follow the steps to complete your purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
We process orders quickly, so modifications are only possible within 1 hour of placing your order. Please contact us immediately at hello@stylio.shop with your order number. Once an order has entered production (for POD items), it cannot be cancelled.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate after you receive the email.
Sale items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. Limited edition drops and World Cup 2026 collection items are also final sale due to their exclusive nature. All other items are eligible for our standard return policy.
🚚 Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over $150. For orders under $150, standard shipping is $6.99 within the USA. Express shipping options are available at checkout. International shipping rates vary by destination.
Standard production takes 3–5 business days for Print on Demand items, followed by 3–7 business days shipping within the USA. Express orders ship in 1–3 business days. International orders may take 10–20 business days depending on destination and customs.
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times vary by country — typically 10–20 business days.
First, check around your property and with neighbors. Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered a day early. If your package still hasn't appeared after 2 business days, contact us at hello@stylio.shop with your order number and we'll investigate immediately.
â†Šī¸ Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached. To initiate a return, email hello@stylio.shop with your order number and reason for return. Note: Print on Demand items made to order are only eligible for returns if the item is defective or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued. Bank processing times may add an additional 3–5 days.
Yes! Exchanges are available for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability. Contact us at hello@stylio.shop within 30 days of delivery. For limited edition or POD items, exchanges depend on stock availability.
👕 Products
Stylio uses premium Print on Demand fulfillment partners including Printful, with production facilities across the USA. Our blanks are sourced from top brands like Bella + Canvas, ensuring quality and ethical manufacturing standards.
Each product page includes a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring your chest, waist, and hips and comparing to our size chart. Our tees generally run true to size. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
To preserve print quality: wash inside out in cold water, use gentle detergent, tumble dry on low or hang to dry, and do not iron directly on the print. Proper care extends the life of both the garment and the graphic.
We do our best to display accurate colors, but monitor settings and screen calibrations can affect how colors appear. DTG printing may also produce slight variations from digital mockups. If you have concerns, contact us before ordering.
đŸ–¨ī¸ Print On Demand
Print on Demand means each item is produced individually when you place your order — we don't hold bulk inventory. This allows us to offer more designs and eliminate waste. It does mean production takes 3–5 days before shipping.
POD items go through a production phase (printing, quality check, packaging) before shipping. This typically adds 3–5 business days to your delivery timeline. We always show estimated delivery windows on product pages.
POD items are made specifically for you, so we cannot accept returns for sizing or preference reasons. However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will replace it at no charge. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
